Arif Lohar is a Punjabi traditional folk singer from Pakistan performing with his signature chimta, a native musical instrument resembling tongs. He was born on April 18th, 1966. His father, Alam Lohar, was also a renowned folk singer. Arif has more than 150 albums and has recorded more than 3,000 songs, mostly in Punjabi.
