He was introduced to the Pakistan film industry by actor Waheed Murad and gained popularity when singer Ahmed Rushdi sang his compositions. Some of his students included Alamgir, Muhammad Ali Shyhaki, Nazia and Zohaib Hassan and The Benjamin Sisters. The lesson plan has grammar and comprehension activities to scaffold students’ reading, writing and listening skills.
