Ingredients:
- Samosa patti – 2 dozen
- Rice noodles – 1 cup
- Chicken – 2 breast (finely chopped)
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Sweet Corn – ½ cup
- Capsicum – ½ cup
- Chili garlic sauce – 2 tablespoon
- Sweet sauce – 2 tablespoon
- Hoisin sauce – 2 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
- Oregano leaves – 1 teaspoon
Making:
Step 1:
- Heat oil, add chicken breast with salt and pepper, sweet corn, capsicum, noodles, oregano and three sauces.
- Cook until chicken tender, remove, cool mixture and add in cheese.
Step 2:
- Place 2 samosa patti on one another cross wise.
- Put mixture in center and wrap it alternately.
Step 3:
- Deep fry and serve hot.
