Ingredients:

  • 150 gm MILKPAK Yogurt 150 gm
  • 500 gm Chicken Breast (cut in half and hammered slightly)
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper (crushed)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red chilli

Ingredients for fried Vegetables

  • Potatoes ( julienne cut & Steam )
  • Pea(Steam )
  • Carrot ( julienne cut & Steam )
  • Potatoes ( julienne cut & Steam )
  • Phalian (cut & Steam )
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Making:

Step 1:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add chicken breasts and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Step 2:

  • Grill chicken on medium-high (approximately 6 minutes per side) and serve with potato salad, grilled corn, or any other favorite summer side dishes.

Step 3:

  • Grill the vegetables on the grill pan by adding olive oil salt, black pepper.
  • And serve grilled chicken with vegetables.
