- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Beat egg, milk and oil in medium bowl with whisk until the mix is blended well!
- Stir in flour mixture.
- Ladle the batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
